From your dashboard, mark the pet as Lost. Once our Lost Pet Recovery system is live, that flag will trigger alerts to people signed up in your area and generate a printable flyer with your pet’s photo, description, and contact info. Until then, marking your pet Lost updates its status in the registry so anyone who looks up the chip knows the pet is missing.
